President - Griggs Wall

Griggs Wall is a Corporal with the Habersham County Sheriff's Office and is a retired Master Police Officer with the Gainesville Police Department (GA) after 26 years. For the last 3 years Griggs has been assigned to Gainesville High School as a SRO.  Griggs joined the Police Unity Tour in 2010. When not working or with family, Griggs is a year round cyclist riding the roads in the North Georgia mountains.




First Vice President - Christian Collier

Christian Collier is a 911 Center Manager for the Mathews County Sheriff's Office in Virginia.  He began his career in 911 as a staff dispatcher in 1996.  Christian is also an Advanced EMT and joined the Police Unity Tour in 2010 as the Medical Coordinator.  He enjoys the sense of family and lifelong friendships gained by being a member of Chapter VIII.



Second Vice President - Charles Atkinson

Chuck Atkinson is the Chief of Police for the City of Doraville Police Department in Georgia.  He began his career in law enforcement with the City of Doraville Police Department in 1993.  Chuck joined the Police Unity Tour in 2012 as a support member before transitioning to a rider.  He is honored to be a part of the Police Unity Tour to ensure our heroes that have gone before us are never forgotten.  In his free time, he enjoys sports of all kinds and riding in the North Georgia area.


Treasurer/Financial Officer - Kimberly Wagner


Kimberly Wagner is the surviving spouse of Robert “Bobby” Hornsby, EOW 7/14/13, of the Killeen Police Department in Killeen, Tx.  She rode in the Police Unity Tour for the first time in 2014 after hearing about it for the very first time.  At the time of Bobby’s death, they had two children, Braxx, who was 15 months old, and Layden, who was four.  She is currently re-married to Kyle Wagner, and they have added another daughter named Hope to their family.  They are an Army family and spend much of their time traveling around the country.  In her free time, Kimberly enjoys reading, traveling, and of course, riding her bike.




Trustee - Hugh Miller

Hugh Miller has previously served as our President.  Hugh retired from the Tampa Police Department. He is a charter member of Chapter VIII. Hugh started his professional life in the hospitality industry managing restaurants. After being robbed one night he decided he would rather be catching bad guys than being a victim. He started his law enforcement career as a reserve officer in Huntsville, Alabama.



Trustee - Damon Radcliffe

Damon Radcliffe is a Lieutenant with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office in York County, VA. He has been in Law Enforcement since May of 1999 where he first served as an Emergency Communications Officer with the College of William & Mary Police Department. In November of 2000 he began his career as a Patrol Officer with W&M and now currently serves as a patrol shift commander with the County of York. Damon currently holds multiple collateral duties serving as the Assistant Commander of the Emergency Response Team (SWAT) and Bike Team. Damon also serves as a Field Training Officer Coordinator and is on the DUI Task Force. Damon has been with the Police Unity Tour VIII since 2010 and currently holds the position of Logistics Coordinator. Damon was recently appointed as Trustee and is eager to continue serving the chapter to the best of his abilities.



Trustee - Connie Patterson

Connie joined Chapter VIII in 2012 as the “rocking” motor. She is currently a Crime Scene Investigator and a part time Motor Officer with the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana. Connie has been married to her husband James for 33 years. Connie and James have three wonderful children, Tyler, Brett and Hannah who is her amazing daughter in law. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, camping with family, motorcycles and good music.



Secretary - Renee Cazaubon

Renee Cazaubon is a deputy with St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana.  She began her career
in law enforcement with Covington Police Department in 1995.  Renee joined the Police Unity Tour in
2018. Renee is married to her high school sweetheart, Trey and still going strong.  Their only daughter,
Emma graduated from college and began her career in law enforcement.  When not working, Renee
enjoys time with her family & her grand animals: Zoey, Ghost, Spice & Maisy (daughter said animals are
the only grandbabies she is getting, lol).




Member at Large/Director of Support - Chris Warden

Chris Warden enjoys her job as a Senior Training Coordinator with the Collier County Sheriff's Office in Florida where she has been since 1989.  Chris joined the Police Unity Tour in 2010 and is passionate about her role as Director of Support.  When not working, Chris enjoys riding her motorcycle with her husband, a retired Deputy Sheriff.


Member at Large/Hotel Director - Megan Copelin

Megan Copelin joined the Police Unity Tour in 2010. From the beginning, she has contributed to the Hotel Team. She is the wife of a Tallahassee (FL) Police Department Homicide Detective and a mother of four. She graduated from Florida State University in 2003. Go Noles! She enjoys chocolate, being outdoors, participating in her children's extracurricular activities and riding her bicycle.


Immediate Past President - Mark Williamson

Mark Williamson is a Criminal Investigations Sergeant with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Mark has been a law enforcement officer for over 20 years and worked in Virginia as an LEO prior to moving to Florida.   Mark has been a member of the Police Unity Tour since 2006.  He feels humbled each year to see so many law enforcement brothers and sisters support one another through the PUT and is honored to join others in keeping the memories of our fallen heroes.
